Your Responsibilities:
– Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs, ensuring full alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
– Translate requirements into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams, and other relevant artifacts for the development team.
– Define and manage project scope and milestones, ensuring deliverables meet business priorities and deadlines.
– Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization, so that the development team always has a well-prepared pipeline of tasks.
– Act as the main point of contact for requirement clarifications and manage change requests efficiently throughout the development cycle.
– Provide data-driven and platform-specific recommendations to improve user experience and business processes.
– Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring traceability and easy knowledge transfer.
– Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and support internal teams during rollouts.
– Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, QA, and developers to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are well understood and met.
What We’re Looking For:
– 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
– Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) and the full product lifecycle.
– Experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, data modeling, and creating structured specifications.
– Strong skills in data flow design and data mapping between systems.
– Upper-Intermediate+ English (written & spoken) — comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.
– Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language.
– High level of ownership, responsibility, and proactivity.
– Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Nice to Have:
– Hands-on background in development or QA, even at a basic level.
– Working knowledge of SQL, relational and NoSQL databases.
– Experience using UX tools (Figma, Sketch) to visualize requirements.
– Domain experience in Fintech and Logistics or similar complex digital products.
– Ability to run workshops, discovery sessions, or product refinement meetings independently.
